Today in Pussywillow

Our favorite cat is making the minor headlines again.  This time, friends over at Westword are speculating about her offspring with another adventurous kitty, Waylon.  Perhaps the two of them should spend some time in non-peoplearchal (similar to malarchal e.g., malarkey) societies so that they might be better at spatial reasoning.

Trick or Treating, By County

Here’s the problem with measurements by county: Bangor might have great trick or treating (er, a high TOT index), but I’m guessing that it isn’t as good in other parts of Penobscot County like Mt. Chase. Interestingly, even the link I found for Mt. Chase mentions that it is in the Bangor metro area.  That’s a big metro area.

Elk are okay, but sometimes I just miss moose.  In a related question, why didn’t they just offer him a muffin? Oh yeah.

Foreign language note: Although the Swedish word for moose is Älg.  This sounds like Elk, but still means moose.
